Kwesé iflix’s offerings include international first-run exclusive shows, award-winning TV series, Nollywood movies, dramas and blockbuster movies such as ICE, The Royals, Family Time, Love and Hip Hop, Chasing Life. Viewers will also find popular local and regional content, including telenovelas such as El Fantasma De Elena, Passion and Power and La Vuida Negra. For infants and teenagers, there is a wide variety of children’s content, and there is a world of lifestyle-orientated content too.
Without paying any subscription fee, you still get to keep up with your local news and international sports. Kwesé iflix also offers a huge library of content that includes movies and tv series from Nigeria, and around the world.

To Start, you need to Download the Kwesé iflix mobile app from either Google Play (Android) or the Apple App store (iOS). Kindly note that when you are searching for the mobile app on both app stores search for “Iflix” and not Kwesé-iflix.
Signing Up an Account on Kwese Iflix App
Upon download, you are required to (Sign up) create a user account either by using your Facebook, Google credentials or by “manually” signing up with your email address and choosing a password.
For individuals who opt for manual sign up, your account will be validated with an activation code. To receive the activation code as SMS on your mobile device, you need to update your profile to include your Mobile No. To do this, Click on the Menu Button, Click on Account, then Profile. Edit your profile to include your Mobile No (The one you would be using for your subscription payments).
Subscription rate for Premium Content
Kwesé iflix customers can choose from flexible VIP passes to access the Kwesé iflix premium content, including 1-Day, 3-Day, 7-Day and 30-Day VIP passes. The subscription rates are N150, N250, N500 and N1000 respectively.
For one low monthly fee, iflix subscribers can watch on their mobile phone, laptop, tablet, TV… wherever, whenever. To celebrate the launch, MTN is offering an amazing streaming data bundle that gives customers unlimited 24-hour streaming to all Kwesé iflix premium VIP content for N250 a day.
Note that the subscription payment gives you access to the premium content. You will still require internet data to stream the content. Therefore, you may opt for Subscription + Data option during payment or stream over a Wifi internet access.
How to Subscribe for Kwese Iflix on a MTN Line
- Dial *3731# on your mobile. Follow the resulting prompt to choose between Subscription only and Subscription + Data.
- From the resulting menu, Choose your preferred plan 1,2,7 or 30 days payment which costs N150, N250, N500 and N1000
- You will receive a notice that says your payment is being processed. This will be followed by a pop up option menu that requires you to Accept/Reject the subscription. Choose accept to confirm the Subscription.
- You will get a ‘Thank you’ confirmation message.
- You will get a SMS confirming that you have successfully subscribed to Kwese Iflix for the number of days paid for. To avoid auto renewal of subscription after the expiry of the current payment, dial *447# to cancel.
If you do not receive a SMS confirming your subscription, you may receive a SMS to dial *447*8# to confirm your subscription.
- If you are subscribing for the first time, you may receive a SMS from 3731 requesting you to Redeem your Kwese Iflix voucher – Click on the link to activate your subscription.
Upon successful activation of your choice Plan, the FREE symbol at the Topmost Bar of the App will be replaced by VIP.
